Balcony with view of the bay. It's just a few steps to get to beach. Very peaceful setting.

I recommend Rob's condo. The location was great. It had a parking space.
My kids enjoyed using the pool next door. It also has a great ocean view. The beach in front is pretty nice, when the tide is low you can walk for a mile and still be knee deep. The place was clean and the owner is very attentive. Basically, you are not going to find a condo in P-town with a view, beach in front and pool... stay here!!!
It didn't have a washer and dryer inside the unit. There is a commercial washer/dryer in basement of building.
Beach towels were not provided. If I had known, I would have brought my own. We had to purchase them.
