Perfect location. Loved the unobstructed ocean view from the sliding glass doors in the living room. Loved the easy beach access. Condo was lovely in every way.
There were some tiny ants. We located ant traps under the kitchen sink and used them. We never saw another ant after that.

The view from the living room through the patio doors was terrific. I enjoy the changing colors of both the sky and the ocean. Very nice, unobstructed view.
There was nothing I disliked that could be remedied. My concern was the stairs getting to the condo, as it was a second story unit. I had not been apprised of that fact. If a second handrail could be attached to the building itself, that would certainly help older folks such as myself.
