La casa è molto accogliente e decisamente particolare, il fatto di trovarsi sulle mura della città di Terracina la caratterizza in modo importante, si ha la sensazione di soggiornare in un angolo di storia. La posizione inoltre è strategica per visitare il centro storico, piazza del Duomo dista 250 m.
Il fatto di trovarsi sulle mura della città rende la casa non accessibile a tutti, in particolare mi sento di sconsigliarla ad anziani o persone con disabilità perché non è possibile parcheggiare vicino e occorre comunque salire almeno una rampa di scale piuttosto ripida e stretta per arrivare all’alloggio.
