It is equipped with protective grates and double fence. Each room is air conditioned. In this property you can sunbathe from sunrise to sunset, for the wonderful position it enjoys, both in the garden and on the beautiful solarium terrace where you can enjoy the coolness in the evening. In the patio-veranda area you can enjoy your meals in peaceful serenity and enjoying the lemon-tree view and the restful gardens. It is located in a residence 200 meters from the sea with practicable and comfortable roads on foot or by bicycle. Nearby the cycle path that runs along the sea. The shops are very close on foot and in front of the house. The beach is free and equipped for a fee. We are very close to the Circeo park with Mount Circeo called "Golden Mountain" and home to the ancient Circe Maga. In the open sea the islands of Ponza, Palmarola, Zannone and Ventotene. More in Ventotene and Ischia. At the port you can embark every day for the various islands. Near Terracina with the various remains of antiquity. The pretty towns and the Blue Flag: Sabaudia, S. Felice Circeo, Sperlonga and Gaeta. The "Giardini di Ninfa" stand out, which can be visited in spring and summer. Still near the Fossanova Abbey of Gothic art. To reach Rome, which is about an hour's drive away, there is the A1 Milano Napoli motorway, beyond the Pontina road.

Abbiamo passato una settimana bellissima, casa con giardino bellissimo, vicina al mare,pulitissimo. Con la macchina si raggiungono in breve tempo località bellissime,Sperlonga,Gaeta e molte altre. Un grazie alla signora Caterina e a suo marito. Da ritornare.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villetta della signora Rosina per 3 settimane con i nostri 3 cani.La signora Rosina è stata sempre molto gentile e disponibile. La villetta si trova in un consorzio con accesso diretto al mare,che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi, con possibilità di spiaggia libera attrezzata. La casa è dotata di giardino interno ed esterno, molto apprezzato dai nostri cani; di aria condizionata in ogni stanza, lavatrice ed un bel patio per mangiare.La signora Rosina ci ha fornito inoltre la biancheria da letto e da bagno, la cucina è ben attrezzata con piatti e pentole. Noi ci siamo trovati molto bene e consigliamo quindi questa villetta, come unico accorgimento potremmo suggerire di eliminare qualche mobile e suppellettile per rendere più agevole la pulizia!

Villa avec toutes les commodités pour parfaire il faudrait mettre à disposition des vélos pour éviter de prendre son véhicule pour faire les courses journalières . Le supermarché à proximité vient de fermer c'est bien dommage .Si vous êtes possesseurs de chiens ils seront aux anges car il y a un bon jardin avec une enceinte tout autour et la plage est libre et à cette période il n'y a personne .La villa est en sécurité car elle est dans un quartier privé et surveillé par caméra et personnel de surveillance .Nous avons passé un bon séjour la plage est à 300 mètres avec sable et vous avez pied jusqu'à environ 50 mètres .Pour nous qui venons du nord nous ne sommes pas habitués aux moustiques et aux mouches car ils sont légions . Les propriétaires sauront répondre à toutes vos questions et vous donneront de bons conseils car ils sont originaires du Lazio . Ils sont vraiment sympathiques et de surcroît très honnêtes .Nous vous recommandons cette location n'hésitez pas à aller à Rome et à Naples par le train . Faites la visite des îles Pontines . Et allez au marché de Terracine , et faites la visite de Latina .Vivement que le pont soit réparé car la route est coupée et vous devrez faire un bon détour sur une route bien dégradée programmez bien votre GPS .

Siamo stati l ultima settimana di giugno e ci siamo trovati benissimo la casa funzionale per le nostre esigenze, molto pulita e attrezzata di tutto il necessario . Giardino molto bello soprattutto il patio molto comodo. Molto comodo il posto macchina col garage di proprietà.
L accesso al mare è abbastanza comodo con una passeggiata di 5 minuti dove si accede ad una spiaggia dedicata al consorzio privato.
Mare e spiaggia molto belli adatti per bambini piccoli.
La signora caterina e il marito gentilissimi e molto alla mano.
Speriamo di tornarci prossimamente.
