About this apartment rental
Apartment in a villa 100 meters from the sea, with a garden for exclusive use, situated in a very quiet area in a residence closed with an automatic gate where children can play freely and ride a bike. The house has a very well-kept garden, simple furnishings but with attention to detail, equipped kitchen and an outdoor barbecue for cooking meat and fish. It has 2 bathrooms, one of which is outdoor, with a very large shower. You can use the free or equipped beach (for a fee). A few kilometers away are the marvelous dunes of Sabaudia with the lake and the naturalistic oasis inserted in the Circeo National Park. From the port of San Felice Circeo in less than an hour you can reach the islands of Ponza, Palmarola and Ventotene. The maritime cities of Sperlonga (blue flag) and Terracina where the Tempio di Giove Anxur is located are worth a visit. A few kilometers away is the Abbey of Fossanova, the naturalistic oasis of Ninfa and the medieval city of Sermoneta. You can easily reach the islands of Ponza and Ventotene with daily departures from the port of Terracina and San Felice Circeo (Ponza).

I spent a lovely week at this property with my family, including our 4 children. We all had a wonderful time, 100% beach life as the house is only 200mt from the sea. The house is fully furnished and equipped, except for AC. The fans however, do a great job. The garden and the patio come very handy, especially for the children. There are restaurants and groceries at walking distance. Ms Lucia was a super kind and accommodating host. She was always available during our stay to the extent that she managed to assist us remotely with transportation and medical advice when our daughter fell ill, very gratefu! I would definitely recommend this house, especially to families

I'm Eli, and me and my husbant spend our hollidays in this villa. What can i say???Paradiso , a few meter from the beach, ( very long beach) , and we walked a lot. Totally silent,the house very beautiful, very clean, and everything is so tastly, e does'nt miss anything . Lucia , the owner is so kindly , for everything you need she help you , she recomands the restaurants, the places to visit, the most beautiful beachs. It' s a villa for total relax, for family , and you find everything ( Sun ombrella, bed for the beach, towels, soap). That 's a wonderful hollyday, great!!! Thanks to Lucia and her family.Sure we'll come back next year in this Paradise.

This June, my family and I spent a memorable vacation in this villa. The villa has everything you need for a great stay (only the kitchen lacks the dishwasher). But if you need something extra, the owner certainly will respond to your request. The owner Lucia and your family is fantastically welcoming people. The rooms and the garden were clean and completely ready for our arrival. All equipment works correctly and your holidays were serenely. This villa is reasonably comfortable. We enjoyed from our staying there.
