Positiv hervorzuheben ist die phantasie- und liebevolle Dekoration dieses Raumes, das Design ist tatsächlich etwas anderes als das, was man sonst erlebt. Das Bett, eine Art Futon, ist bequem, die Küche insgesamt gut eingerichtet. Ebenfalls positiv ist die freundliche Kommunikation seitens der Gastgeberin, die für alle Arten von Unterstützung zur Verfügung stand. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist okay, aber nicht gut.
Man kann es sicherlich anhand der Fotos erahnen: Der Raum ist sehr düster, durch die Vorderfront und die kleinen Fenster fällt nur wenig Licht ein. Das fand ich angesichts des sonnigen Wetters etwas bedrückend, zumal man sich auch nur ungern vor der Wohnung an einer eher tristen Seitenstraße aufhalten möchte. Auch die Beschreibung "nah am Strand" finde ich eher gewagt: Bis zum Strand sind es rund 750 m Fußweg durch die langweilige "Unterstadt" Terracinas. Zur Altstadt (deren Besichtigung ich sehr empfehle) sind es rund 500 m, weitgehend bergauf.

Grazioso ed accogliente...spazioso, arredamento molto curato nei particolari,caldo e pulito,letti molto comodi. Posizione comoda, permette di raggiungere in pochi minuti i punti principali della città .

Siamo stati benissimo perché all'interno c'è tutto il necessario per trascorrere al meglio il proprio soggiorno, la posizione è centralissima e permette di raggiungere facilmente le zone turistiche della città, i servizi principali e lo svago. L'arredamento è molto particolare e curato nei dettagli.

Good location- less than 10min to beach and 10 min to historical centre. Attentive and friendly host. Place was well equiped and clean. Decor was "funky", so to appreciate, you need to like the style. Recommend.
