Czysto i dobrze wyposażony.
Klatka schodowa a w szczególności schody to tragedia. Brak klimatyzacji tez uciążliwy.

Dobry remont, kuchnia oraz meble - ok. Zmywarka - to świetny pomysł! Dobry kontakt z właścicielem, dobra lokalizacja. Suszarka do włosów też była przydatna.
Generalnie ok, ale mieszkanie jest położone w starym budynku - klatka schodowa potrzebuje remontu. Wejście pod prysznic nie jest zbyt szerokie.
