Meroviglia Boutique Hotel

We had a wonderful two-night stay at Meroviglia Boutique Hotel as a family. The hotel is full of charm, with a lovely outdoor pool area, great dining spaces, and comfy loungers. The vibe around the pool was so relaxed that you couldn’t help but unwind after a busy day of sight-seeing. Our room exceeded expectations — comfortable beds, a great bathroom with excellent water pressure and of course the private plunge pool, which we all thoroughly enjoyed. Breakfast was fabulous too, with loads of delicious options. The location was great, close to everything, with incredible views. Personally I think Imerovigli is a perfect base on the island, as it's a little quieter than some of the other options. But the hotel’s biggest asset is truly its staff. Special thanks to Georges.

We really liked the staff, who were friendly and helpful, and the outside area of the hotel was beautiful.

We booked two rooms for exactly the same price, but the difference between them was really significant. One room was much smaller and much uglier than the other. It felt like a completely different standard of room, even though we paid exactly the same amount for both. We really didn’t think this was fair. The breakfast was also a bit disappointing. It’s not buffet-style, and the menu is very limited. The only breakfast option was eggs, just prepared in different ways, followed by a dessert. As we stayed for five days, eating eggs every single morning became very repetitive and, by the end, honestly quite unpleasant. Having a few more options would have made a big difference.

Our stay was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the beautiful setting made the experience even more memorable. A special thank you to George and Costas, who were incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely made our stay unforgettable with their outstanding service. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm hospitality really stood out. I cannot rate this hotel highly enough and would recommend it without hesitation. We can't wait to return!

Nothing at all

This place is a true find. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms elegantly understated in the best way. Poolside lunches were a highlight, thanks to produce so fresh it made every dish feel special. But what truly set this stay apart was the staff - George and Costa were exceptional: attentive and warm, yet quietly discreet, never intrusive. Service like theirs is rare. Thank you for such a lovely stay!
