Mardanza House was a dream stay. For an authentic, impeccably managed caldera experience in Imerovigli, this is the premier choice. The experience was tailored, private, and utterly comfortable.
We opted for their recommended arrival transfer, which was smooth and timely at a normal rate for the high level of service. This proved essential, as friends using a cheaper, alternative service arrived 1.5 hours late and were disappointed. The host's reliable service immediately established a tone of professionalism.
The location is unparalleled. Right on the main caldera path, the clever design of the terrace and the private jacuzzi ensured total seclusion.Being in such a prime, iconic location offers the best of Santorini.The terrace structure provides maximum sun exposure and complete tranquility in the jacuzzi. It is genuinely one of the island's best vantage points for viewing the caldera, the volcano, and the entire island.
The property operates at a maximum level of professionalism.The beds were well-maintained and highly supportive, guaranteeing quality sleep after hiking the Fira-Oia path.We appreciated the detailed instructions provided by the host for all operations, including the hot water boiler.
The host, Marinos,is an exceptional professional.His communication is direct, clear, and proactive, focused on maintaining the peace and operational integrity of the house.He also shared an excellent list of authentic restaurants and activities—not the "Instagramic" ones—to truly immerse in the Santorini vibe. He was highly communicative and reliably available.The Wi-Fi is strong in all areas, and the Smart TV was a pleasant bonus.The cleanliness was impeccable and spotless, with discrete and efficient housekeeping ensuring a fresh space daily.The shower, though compact(typical of a cave dwelling), was powerful and fully functional.Highly recommended escape for those who value professionalism and exclusivity.
Not having 5 more days to fully explore the island and relax on this magnificent veranda.

El propietari ens va facilitar molta informació sobre activitats a fer, platjes, restaurants on menjar i sobre tot un lloc on veure la millor posta de sol de la illa a tant sols pocs metres de l'allotjament i sense aglomeració de gent.

The view from the deck was breathtaking. Much less busy in the area than Fira or Oia so perfect for relaxing. Easy walk to restaurants and supermarkets but be warned the supermarkets are super expensive. Lovely to sit in the hot tub and soak up the view. High quality bed linen that was very nice to sleep in.
No hot water most of the time. However the owner was responsive and kept sending someone to fix it but we couldn’t shower when we would have liked to. Hardly any coat hangers and no drawers so couldn’t unpack. No mirrors near a plug so had to pull the bedside table out to dry my hair in the mirror there. Internet not very good.
