Santorinico Private Villas

Our stay at Santorinico Private Villas was one of the best experiences we’ve had on Santorini – a perfect choice for families who want privacy, a very high standard and a top location just a few steps from caldera views. We rented both villas for 4 adults and 2 children and the layout was ideal, with comfortable beds for everyone and everything feeling new, stylish and maintained to a level that easily matches many five‑star hotels. The location is fantastic: mini market, restaurants, small shops and a caldera viewpoint are right next to the property, with easy access to the Fira–Oia walking trail and spectacular, relaxed sunsets from the private pool and nearby viewpoint, all within walking distance of central Fira. Privacy is excellent thanks to high fencing and strong sound insulation, Wi‑Fi is fast and stable, and the quiet atmosphere helped us truly disconnect. The host is outstanding – always kind, quick to reply and very flexible. We arranged every breakfast individually (products, allergies, time), and when we had to leave early, he simply delivered it the day before. He organised a great 3‑island boat tour for us and handled car rental as well; we just said what kind of car we wanted, and the next morning it was waiting right outside the villa. Comfortable mattresses, private lounge areas, daily cleaning, modern bathrooms with bidet‑style hose and a wide range of quality Olive Era toiletries, plus the charming donkey motif as the villa’s logo, all made the place feel like a true private luxury home rather than a standard rental.

Honestly, it is very hard for us to point out anything we genuinely did not like about this property. The only small thing worth mentioning is that the mobile phone signal inside the villas is quite weak due to the thick concrete construction and strong sound insulation – however, since the Wi‑Fi works very well and this also adds to the feeling of privacy and “disconnecting” from the outside world, we personally saw it more as a minor trade‑off than a real disadvantage. Apart from that, everything from the equipment and cleanliness to the location and the host’s support fully met or even exceeded our expectations.

How clean it was

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Santorinico Villas. The location is simply fantastic—peaceful, quiet, and relaxing, yet only a few steps away from the breathtaking views of the Caldera that make Santorini so special. Imerovigli is the perfect village to stay in. It’s beautiful, calm, and free from the crowds, while still offering plenty of excellent dining options nearby. From budget-friendly tavernas serving amazing local food to high-end restaurants with some of the most spectacular sunset views imaginable, everything is within easy walking distance. The villa itself is incredibly spacious and equipped with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. The garden is a wonderful place to relax, and the pool is exactly what you need after a day spent exploring the island and wandering through Santorini’s picturesque villages. A small supermarket right next door is a huge convenience for picking up refreshments, snacks, groceries, or souvenirs. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. Everything was spotlessly clean throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the spacious bathroom, and having two sinks made getting ready so much easier and more comfortable. Santorinico Villas exceeded our expectations in every way. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and authentic Santorini experience.

Had a wonderful and relaxing stay at the villa! The bed was very comfortable, absolutely loved the pool with the jets, the relaxing shower, and spending time in the big yard on the sunbeds. Everything was very clean, and the communication with Giorgos was excellent throughout the stay! It was in a great location too, just a short walk to Fira and great options to eat nearby.
