I honestly could not have asked for a more perfect stay at Annio Santorini. From the moment I began communicating with Georgia, I knew I had made the right choice. She was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question I had about logistics, which I especially appreciated as a solo traveler. She arranged for the nicest driver to meet me at the ferry, and the entire arrival was seamless and flawless. They even carried my luggage all the way to my room. And then I saw the view. WOW! I was absolutely blown away. I had arrived in Santorini with a long list of things I wanted to see and do, but once I settled in, I found myself never wanting to leave my room or balcony. The view was simply spectacular. Sitting on my own balcony overlooking the caldera was one of the highlights of my entire trip. My room was perfect in every way—beautiful, spacious, spotlessly clean, quiet, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was wonderful, and I actually had the best night’s sleep of my entire vacation here. I had been traveling for a couple of weeks and hadn’t been sleeping particularly well, but Annio was so peaceful and comfortable that I finally slept amazingly well. The location in Imerovigli could not have been better. It was a beautiful and easy downhill walk into Fira, where I enjoyed wandering around, sightseeing and having some wonderful meals. When I was ready to return, the local bus made it incredibly easy and inexpensive—only a couple of euros—to get back. Georgia is an absolutely wonderful lady, and her entire family was so kind, welcoming and accommodating throughout my stay. As someone traveling alone, I truly appreciated how comfortable and well cared for they made me feel. Between the breathtaking view, gorgeous room, peaceful atmosphere, fantastic location and exceptional hospitality, I genuinely cannot imagine having chosen a better place to stay in Santorini. Annio exceeded my expectations in every possible way!
