A very comfortable 2 bedroom cottage with a nice garden, within a short drive of pub and restaurant options, and close to our main reason for visiting, fishing the river Trent. John and Heather were good hosts and next door.

John and Heather greeted us on arrival, familiarised us with the cottage and surprised us with a welcome pack. Great birdlife at the local church, c1100, on the Trent River , just a short walk away. Thank you so much Heather and John for introducing me to the prettiest private country garden I have seen in my travels (over an acre and tended by two of their gardening friends).

super clean and quiet locality apart from neighbours yapping dog each morning at 6pm.
cottage suite a bit low but thats because of our age and general stiffness of joints
