Great location for Eden Hall, beautiful decor, nice outdoor area.
The twin beds and lounge chair were not overly comfortable.

The barn was beautiful and immaculately clean. We stayed there for my nieces wedding at the Old Vicarage in Southwell. It was a perfect location to stay for the wedding.

Clean little cottage with tea and coffee making facilities. Nicely decorated.
The downstairs was hot with little ventilation in the living room (which has the sofabed) but there were fans in the bedrooms which helped. The prices are bumped probably when there is a big wedding at kelham hall. (We paid almost£600 for the weekend). There were no guests for the next 5 days (based on booking .com availability profile) yet we were charged extra for checkout out at 11AM. It was more the manner in which that was communicated to us with the owner initially wanting cash which we did not have and then insisted us to send him a gift via PayPal which is what we did. We are regular travellers and have not come access this situation before.
