Oscar was such an amazing host. Nothing was to much trouble,went above and beyond.Oscar,s communications with us was fantastic,would definitely recommend to all.and will be back.

1) Great service from Oscar (host). He met me at the lobby and show me how to access the unit. He also took me up to the roof top for a fantastic view of the city and explained to me where the attractions/convenience stores are and how to get there. Very detailed and clear and very welcoming.
2) Bus stop right in front of the building and bus 935 takes you straight into Kings Park. Plenty of buses (3 stops) to Elizabeth Quay. Walk 6mins and you can catch a few buses to Perth Train stations (3 stops). Bus rides are free within the CBD zone.
3) Coffee joints on both sides of the place, one of which opens at 6am. Food outlets like Coffe Club, Fenians Irish Pub, Sukhotai restaurants all within 3 mins walk. 2 Perth Convenience stores within 2 mins and RISE grocery mart (24 hrs) within 5 mins.
4) The apartment is well decorated and there's plenty of plants in the balcony. Large sofa and a huge TV in the living room that has netflix services and TV channels. Managed to watch the live telecast of the AFL finals which the Fremantle Dockers unfortunately lost.
Mattress is on the soft side and could be an issue for folks with lower back issue (like me).
