Location is great with buses downstairs (red cat is free) taking you to anywhere even if you do not wish to walk the 10 mins to the CBD. The apartment is nicely furnished with everything we need. I made a mistake and did not check out on-time but the host was very accommodating, I hope I did not affect the cleaner who needed to rush preparing the apartment for the next guest.
Nothing really except may be the price ? But it is in the CBD so it is difficult to find a lower cost apartment at this level.

It was in a great location. Close to cafes restaurants and Perth CBD. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to cook for yourself. Complimentary tea and coffee. Washing machine and dryer with laundry powder. Bathroom was supplied with body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
