To keep the interior climate pleasant throughout the year, the home is equipped with effective air conditioning. In the kitchen, you will find all the essential appliances needed to prepare meals, alongside a dishwasher that takes the hassle out of cleaning up. Beyond the flat itself, guests have full access to the building's practical leisure facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, a fully equipped gym, and a relaxing sauna.
Please note that the swimming pool is currently under maintenance.

-A complimentary initial pack of amenities is provided upon arrival. Any additional supplies required during the stay will be the responsibility of the guests.
GUESTS
- Guests are required to fill out the verification form, supply their ID and a security deposit at least 24hrs before the check in
- Please do not book on behalf of other people.
- Companies are welcome but must book under the traveler's names.

-Before your stay, guests are required to complete an ID verification and pay a damage deposit of 250AUD through our secure external system, "Safeguest".
-Please note that only physical IDs (such as driver's license or passport) are accepted - digital IDs are not valid.
-Damage deposit is fully refundable after check out, provided no damages are reported.
-The guest needs to take a photo of their ID and photo of their face thru Safeguest.
