CHECK-IN 1

After booking you will be required to complete the following at least 24 hours before arrival to receive your check-in instructions:



1️⃣ ID Verification – Upload a valid physical photo ID (passport or driver’s licence) via Safeguest (no digital IDs accepted!).

2️⃣ Refundable Damage Deposit – This will be refunded after check-out, provided no damages are reported.



Bookings must be made under the traveller’s name — companies are welcome but must book under the guest staying.



PLEASE NOTE: If these steps are not completed in time, check-in instructions will not be provided.



CHECK-IN 2



Self check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM.



Keys must be collected from Carlton Fresh Shop, a small grocery store located approximately 50 meters from the apartment building.



Please note:



Check-in is only available between 3:00 PM and 12:00 AM.

If you arrive after 12 AM, key collection will not be possible.

Guests arriving after this time will need to wait until 6:30 AM when the key collection location reopens.
