We had some concerns for the Washing Machine which stopped working have way through the stay. The support personnel tried hard to rectify the problem but it was not readily resolved.

The big comfy bed. The cooking facility. The location.
The taxi ride to the hotel because it was a late arrival.
The TV in the bedroom is broken. The TV screen does not show pictures, and it has a big grey burn.
The shower head arm is loose and wouldn't hold still.
Not enough instant coffee and sugar packets. No milk was provided.

Location. Good bed.
Bit tired. Patch up job in bathroom. Flat batteries in remotes. Heater was temperamental.
