Well, it was a good stay at this property. The hosts were very helpful and flexible. We were in town to visit a family member at the hospital, and during our short stay my mom also had an accident. We asked the property for a recommendation for a nearby hospital, and the host responded promptly. They also provided us with helpful information such as nearby malls, drugstores, and other useful places.
The house itself was clean and well-organized, with clearly separated rooms. There was also a bus stop nearby for getting around, although we mainly used taxis during our stay. We really appreciated the comfort and support during a stressful time.
If you plan to travel around the area near Via Annibale De Gasparis 111 int.4, Giuliano-Dalmata, 00143 Rome, this place is definitely a property worth considering.
Bonus: Once you book the room, it’s very easy to get in touch with the hosts via whatsapp, and they also speak English.

Ho trascorso quattro giorni magnifici in questo appartamento. È stato un viaggio di lavoro e cercavo una posizione vicino al centro congressi la Nuvola ma anche vicino alla metropolitana per girare nel tempo libero. La posizione è ottima, ma soprattutto la casa era impeccabile per pulizia e ordine e completa di tutto. Il proprietario è stato davvero eccezionale: gentilissimo, disponibile avevamo tutto in cucina, in bagno e nelle camere. Ci ha fatto trovare perfino biscotti, succo, latte e capsule per il caffè! Per non parlare del posto auto che è stato utilissimo! Ha reso l'esperienza ancora più piacevole. Lo consiglio vivamente per chi cerca un soggiorno confortevole e con un'accoglienza super a Roma!

Appartement très bien situé à 10 minutes a pied de la station métro ou a une minutes de l'arrêt de bus.
Nous sommes resté une semaine.
Nous y avions tout le confort possible.
Juste les chiens des voisins un peu bruyants. Mais ça, on ne peut rien y faire.
Le restaurant juste a côté est une pépite.
Nous avons vraiment eu l'impression d'etre chez nous.
La lumière phosphorescente dans la chambre parentale.
Et un deuxième trousseau de clefs aurait ete le bienvenu.
Ou une boîte a clefs.
