Spacious, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, Surbiton

We had a very enjoyable stay in this spacious three-bedroom apartment in Surbiton. The apartment offers plenty of space for a family, with well-furnished bedrooms, a functional kitchen, and comfortable living areas. One of the key advantages was the convenient parking, as the property is located on a quiet residential road. It is also a pleasant 15–20-minute walk from Surbiton Station, making it a good base for exploring the area and travelling into London. A special mention goes to Nino, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. From arranging check-in and check-out to responding promptly to questions before and during our stay, the communication was excellent. The check-out process was smooth and hassle-free, which added to the overall positive experience.

There are a few areas where the property could be improved. The en-suite bathroom in the master bedroom had a broken door, which limited its usability, although the family bathroom was clean and served us well. It would also be helpful if some additional basic supplies were provided, such as washing machine tablets, extra hand soap, and tissue paper. In addition, the kitchen bins could have been cleaned more thoroughly on the outside. Overall, these were relatively minor issues compared with the positives. The apartment is spacious, well-located, and managed by a responsive and helpful host. We were impressed with our stay and would happily consider staying again.

Before entering the property, I was asked to pay a deposit of £250, on top of the rental money. That deposit has never been returned until now, no explanation.

The property was close to the amusement park for the kids.

The property wasn’t properly cleaned before my arrival, i spent 3 hours cleaning up when i arrived with my kids, they had left over food in the microwave, sink was dirty, toilet was dirty, condom wraps by the bed and so on… Now what pissed me off the most was contacting the property owner to tell them this, expecting an apology at least, but nothing of that sort happened. I was expecting a package which got delivered after i checked out, one of the neighbors took it, and i never got that package.
