Ganzo - Tuscany Retreat

Eine herrliche Oase! Ruhig gelegen, toller, kleiner Pool und mit viel Liebe hergerichtet.

Die Aussicht und die Beleuchtung/Deko/Pflanzen waren super süß! Zelt und Bett waren super komfortabel. Strom und Wasser war gut vorhanden. Pool war sauber, angenehm und es gab super viele gemütliche Sitzgelegenheiten. Es ist süß abgelegen und trotzdem gut mit dem Bus erreichbar (von Lucca oder Viareggio). Der persönliche Empfang war einfach und schnell! Frühstück war auch ein kleines dabei, wirklich toll! Man kommt in ein kleines Natur-Paradies.

1) Internetzugang/wifi nicht vorhanden. 2) Zugang zum/im Pool (Leiter) ist nur was für sehr sportliche, weil instabil, schmal und ungleichmäßige Sprossenabstände. 3) WC/Dusch-gebäude ist eher rustikal und war teilweise dreckig. 4) Die Holzdielen haben an manchen Stellen geharzt (Schuhe und Füße verkleben bei Kontakt). 5) Mehr Vorabinfos zu Ausstattung wären toll gewesen. (Griller, Infrastruktur/Supermarkets/Restaurants) - wir waren ohne Auto unterwegs und wollten/konnten nicht soviel mitbringen.

The peace and seclusion was a welcome break. The village of Quiesa has an excellent bar (great pastries and espressos), and there is a well stocked supermarket a 20 minute walk away. The retreat has everything you need kitchen wise. Eating, cooking and washing all outdoors takes a bit of getting used to, but there are no surprises, it is as it is in the pictures. The property is easy to find and there is a bus and a train (not so frequent but frequent enough) that means the property is easily accessible by public transport.

Only things which were outside of the host’s control: it happened to be quite windy when I stayed, and the mornings were quite chilly (but there is a heater inside the tent, which is sufficient).
