C22 - Beco do Poço Beach Townhouse in Praia da Luz

A localização junto à praia era mesmo muito boa, ótima valorização aqui! A divisão entre o espaço para os quartos e as zonas comuns como sala e e cozinha (no primeiro piso) também torna o espaço bastante agradável. Em termos de loiça disponivel, a casa está totalmente equipada.

Não sei se foi de algum momento em específico mas na zona do rés-do chão digamos, onde estão ambas as casas de banho e quartos, sentia-se u cheiro desagradável a esgoto. A par com isto, num dos quartos, as portadas não fecham a 100% pelo que se torna desagradável o acordar forçado.

Very central and great view of the sea

It’s a bit dated and could do with modernising.The address doesn’t match what we were told and took us 45mins to find it. I called DreamAlgarvw 4 times and messaged and got no response to help us find the apartment.

The best thing about this property is the location with a great sea view. Beds were comfortable and all was clean and tidy.

No instructions for anything in the house which made cooking etc. quite difficult especially as the markings on the cooker had worn off so it was hard to know what the oven temperature was etc.. There was quite a nasty drain smell coming up in the bathrooms so best to keep the doors closed. The worst thing was the bins opposite being emptied in the middle of the night which made it difficult to get a full nights sleep.

De locatie was goed en het huis heel ruim.

Het huis heeft behoorlijk wat achterstallig onderhoud en was niet super schoon. Op de benedenverdieping hing een rioollucht en de slaapkamers waren wat schimmelig. Er is geen key box dus de sleutel moet opgehaald worden in Lagos(!!), omdat wij de Fishermen’s Trail liepen was dit niet mogelijk. De sleutel is toen voor ons gelukkig naar Luz gebracht door de verhuurorganisatie.
