About this house rental
This terrific newly refurbished villa has a fabulous new pool, brand new kitchen, electric shutters and full air conditioning throughout. With a fantastic location beside the beach there is even a door from the back garden for quick access to the beach which is about 50 paces away!
From the villa's charming hallway stairs lead up to the kitchen, guest bathroom and lounge/dining area which opens onto a sunny veranda with sea views. The bedrooms are on the ground floor, a few steps down from the front hall.
The new kitchen is squeaky clean with lots of storage and all the appliances, pots and pans you will need for your holiday as well as a useful small breakfast table. there is also a small pantry off the kitchen. The lounge has traditional styling with comfy sofas and easy chairs, TV with international stations, a DVD and the adjacent dining area has a table with seating for 6 which has lovely sea views from the doors to the spacious veranda where there is a table and chairs offering al fresco dining options with a sea view. From here a small gate opens to an outside stairway to the pool area.
Downstairs the en-suite master bedroom opens onto a large patio with table & chairs and the pool area beyond. It is attractively furnished with twin beds, built-in wardrobes and electric shutters. The up-graded en-suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, bidet and toilet.
The house has air conditioning and there are electric shutters with flyscreens and there is an electric BBQ near the pool.
This super villa is ideal for a family or for couples wanting a gorgeous comfortable villa with private pool and sea views in a prime location next to the beach, restaurants and shops.

This property was amazing! For a family of five, the rooms were appropriate and comfortable. Lots of room to sit both inside and out. Patio overlooked Praia de Luz and the ocean. Location was within a five minute walk to everything. No need for a car, if that’s what concerns you, as restaurants, grocery and bus stops are so close. 15 min bus to Lagos (every half-hour), so running into the bigger city was a breeze. Lots of hikers and cyclists as the region is located on one of the regions beautiful trails. Definitely a family-oriented region. Beach was beautiful. Shallow areas as well as areas for surf and paddleboards. Food was amazing … at all the restaurants we ate at.For folks coming from North America, bring a converter (or two). Flights into Faro is recommended but we flew to Lisbon and took a train to Lagos. Our route was fine, seeing the countryside and chatting with locals. Faro has flights to Morocco that we would have used if we had more time. If you rent a car, the roads are well-marked and smooth. Using an eSIM was easy and cheaper than a European plan for our cellphones. Travel sites recommend Bolt/Uber ride share but cabs are almost the same cost … especially when you use the same guy (get their business card).We are definitely coming back to the Algarve and this rental agency.

The location is just outstanding, so close to a beautiful each and restaurants. The house is lovely and well equipped, lots of towels!! We really enjoyed ration the balcony. Beds very comfy

We had read reviews, but were told things had been updated. Had some difficulties with WIFI and appliances since we don’t speak Portuguese.
Draperies and bedding and
Pillows need updating or just removed as well as a moldy and tattered shower curtain. It doesn’t cost much to leave a full roll
of toilet paper or a trash bag or two. The regular hostess was out of the country and her daughter was stepping in while she was gone. We had to email her to come show us where the unit was. The living room furniture is dirty, needs steam cleaning maybe. Or replacing.
Underneath the beds was a lot of dirt. We had to ask several times for a drying rack. The condo was ok if you don’t mind really out of date unclean furnishings and some bulbs were burned out and we never got the TV remote to work well, may need batteries.
