License No: 15329/AL. Sleeps 6. A spacious prime location townhouse with courtyard garden which also includes two balconies, both with sea views.
Centrally located in a quiet residential area, only minutes from the beautiful Luz beach with beach bars, restaurants and watersports. Less than a five minute walk to a choice of good supermarkets, health food shop, pharmacies, and other good facilities in Luz village.
We can offer free access to one of the local pool facilities (which also includes a children's pool) and options for discounted prices on tennis court hire and gym facilities. This facility is a 5-10 walk from the townhouse.
There are some lovely local restaurants and bars within Luz and also the opportunity to experience wine tastings. The townhouse is perfect for families seeking a relaxing self catering break. The spacious and well fitted accommodation is on three floors, with an open plan living area consisting of modern fully equipped kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge with plasma screen TV, DVD and Free WiFi.
The patio doors lead from the open plan living area to a balcony overlooking stunning views across to the sea. The balcony also has a table and chairs for alfresco dining together with an additional two relaxing chairs. The ground floor courtyard garden provides lounge seating and a BBQ area.
The three double bedrooms are served by two bathrooms, one with a walk in shower and the other with a shower and bath. The spacious ground floor double bedroom opens onto the courtyard garden. The second double bedroom also has patio doors opening out onto its own balcony enjoying the sun and further views of the sea.
The property has a washing machine to cater for your personal needs.

Felt like home away from home. Even in July without A/C it wasn't too hot especially with the fans going. Amazing views, very well equipped kitchen and a quick walk to everything we could want in Luz and a quick drive to Lagos. The host was very accomodating of our large family of varying ages. Keep in mind that there are lots of stairs (3 stories) made of stone that is pretty slippery so especially younger and older family members need to be careful.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Margarida! The townhouse was immaculate, comfortable and spacious with beautiful sea views! The proximity to beach and promenade with the many cafes and restaurants was so easy and close! Would definitely do a return visit! Thanks to Manda for the very prompt, professional and easy communications

Lovely and clean, all equipment you could possibly need, lovely position in the town, close to amenities (Obviously, there is some noise as it is in the centre so only people walking past etc.

Good although hot water heater did not work properly, and amount of stairs hard.
The lodging was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed,
