Apartament incantator, dotat cu absolut tot ce poti avea nevoie. Cazarea se realizeaza foarte usor, check out la fel. Curat, liniste, spatios. Recomand cu caldura. Parcarea a fost asigurata.

I really enjoyed the location of the apartment, it was close to the city center, many good restaurants, next door to a convenience supplies shop, and also the Cluj Arena. Our group was visiting for the Untold Music Festival that took place (at the Cluj Arena) and it was a very good location, with no more than a 15-20 minute walk to the entrance of the festival. The apartment was spacious with a full refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove top, and microwave in the kitchen. The couch was also comfortable and was able to support someone to sleep on for a good night's rest. The unit also had an AC unit and a balcony, both being very nice features as well! Owners and contact person on WhatsApp were very attentive, responsive, and helpful throughout the stay. It turns out that my party was actually the first ever booking at this location and there were a couple minor situations that required attention with regards to the hot water and plumbing. Within minutes of sending a message on WhatsApp, the owners came by to see first-hand what was happening and they immediately scheduled a plumber to come the very next morning time to fix the issue. Very appreciative of the quick service and resolution. Parking was available, but we did not rent a car, so did not use. It was very easy to order a Bolt ride pickup outside of the apartment. There are also many Lime/Bolt electric scooters available nearby to rent to get around the city.

The layout of the shower in the bathroom allows for water to go past the shower wall and can leak into the bathroom area, there doesn't seem to be any type of separator to help level off or drain the water from the shower before it can leak into the bathroom. Also, the hot water took a little bit of time to warm up in the shower, but I believe the owners were going to look into this fix after we had checked out of our stay since it required some more in-depth pluming work to be performed. There was a bit of a lack of overall house supplies that would have been nice to have more of being provided: Shampoo and soap for the shower, toilet paper for the bathroom, hand soap and napkins for the kitchen, etc. However, it was very easy to go to the convenience store next door to buy whatever we needed at a low price. Also, the stovetop and oven are a bit of newer unit designs and are not that intuitive to use, not without using them before. Therefore, perhaps some basic instructions on how to operate these units (laminated paper document in the kitchen?) would be helpful for future guests to have on hand to ensure a more seamless workflow when using the kitchen equipment for the first time.
