All electronics and electrical appliances working fine and very well managed under very small space (10m2) and it is just in city centre.
No Host, No Welcome desk, No human to interact. All interaction on booking.com email. I wonder, how to survive in case of emergency. We are humans and love to see humans welcoming, greetings.

Very good location (close to downtown and BT Arena), easy check-in / check-out. The fridge in the room helps compensate the breakfast.

good location close to town and sights, good information provided by host for easy checkin, nice size room and good WiFi
needs a curtain above door, light comes in early and shines right in face when in bed, half the light bulbs were out,
