Good location, at the evening is very easy to find a parking place but you cannot pay for it only in the morning at 7 o' clock. It's near city center eveny by foot. Very easy to enter with the gate/door codes at any time.
Upsite it was a very noisy family eary in the morning and we were in a room neighbouring the washing room, so in the morning when we try to rest after working until late, it was also very noisy in the room next to us. Very well equipped and clean rooms but there are problems with the noise.

That I can get inside whenever I want . If I need accommodation in Cluj I won't mind to stay here again. Hope I will have more luck next time and the other guests would have a bit more respect for others.
That the other guests were to loud and I couldn't sleep . I had the room next to the entrance and it was hard to rest. That has more to do with the other guests respect not actually with the owner.
