GRAND HOTEL du LAC Hanoi

Breakfast was everything you could ask for. The team, were very friendly and helpful, especially Laurena The Manager, Jack, was very helpful. I had an injury and the staff could not do enough for us, they helped organise a crutch for me, helped us with our booking to visit the International Hospital - thank you Lilly. The location was very central, and the rooftop bar had great views and friendly staff. The pool was great.

When we arrived we went to our street view room, but realised it was very small, no room to open 2 suitcases, so we had our room changed to a room without a view but was much larger. Although there was no view the room was much more comfortable. The team helped us without a fuss.

The hotel staff were wonderful, couldn't do enough for us. The bed was huge, so comfortable and beautiful sheets. This was the first stop on our tour of Vietnam and you have set the bar high! It was one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in! ❤️ Great shower, beautiful room Pool/bar area was very cool Breakfast everything you could ask for! You can buy almost anything in the room, I wish I could take the bed home! 🥰 Great location Thank you!
