Green House

Le logement est très bien situé : 30min à pied du centre ville et 5min en voiture de la voie rapide pour sillonner la région. La propriétaire est charmante et aidante Le logement est grand et très propre

s’il faut dire qqch, je dirai la clim qui ne fonctionnait pas dans le salon (il y a néanmoins un ventilateur) et qui est commune aux 3 autres chambres (donc il faut laisser les portes ouvertes)

A very (extremely) spacious apartment with large comfortable rooms and lots of storage space in wardrobes and shelves (most of them occupied by some or other kind of trinkets but you can move them around). The beds were comfie and the kitchen was also very well equipped. It's a pity that one of the terraces had a dinner table, but the other one was empty (only space for handing clothes). It was really screaming for some garden furniture. My biggest problem is that there were two AC units in the apartment but only one was working (thankfully the one in the bedrooms area). Unfortunately the one in the Living/Dining/Kitchen area was completely out of juice which meant that we were able to keep the bedrooms cool but the living area was too hot. Actually the AC in the bedroom area was just OK. And it was very very loud. It was a real pity and a wasted potential. The host Cosimo was really an excellent and helpful host so I really wanted to give the apartment an 9 or even 10...but I am currently on a trip to Japan, where it's 38 degrees (46 perceived) and absolutely each AC unit is working perfectly. So I see no reason why one of the units in Green House was not working correctly (probably just needs a service check and refrigerant recharge). So it's a 10 in Italian/European scale and 6 in Asian/World, I am giving an 8.

Non functional AC unit in the living/dining/kitchen area. I am pretty sure the owners were aware of it because they put a large fan in the room... why not fix the AC instead? No garden (or any) furniture on one of the terraces. Are those steel bars in all the windows and terrace doors really needed?
