DIMORA Santa Lucia - LUXURY HOUSE

A lovely spacious apartment in a very handy location just a few blocks away from beautiful Monopoli Old Town. Alberto was very helpful in providing lots of information and tips on restaurants and supermarket location. It was slightly colder in the evenings and Alberto kindly helped us to turn the heating up in the apartment and provided an extra quilt for the huge bed which was much appreciated!

Perhaps a small set of drawers would be useful in order not to live out of a suitcase.

Overall, this was a pleasant stay. Perfect location just steps away from the entrance of the historical center. Nice balcony on a quiet street. Apartment was very clean. Nicely decorated; minimalist yet elegant. Lots of available cleaning products, toilet paper etc. Host was responsive and immediately dropped off an extra blanket when I told him we were a bit cold.

-I did feel the host was in a hurry on the day we checked in. I didn't feel he was very warm or welcoming. Very business-like. Showed us apt, gave the keys and left. Felt like he had somewhere else to be. In comparison to other places we stayed in where they always made short conversation, welcomed us etc. -It definitely lacks in storage space to hang clothes. -Also just a personal preference, but would be best to have the TV in living room(instead of bedroom) but I guess there isn't the space. -A little welcome basket with some sweets or fruits or olive oil would have been appreciated. There was only coffee provided, noting else. -Also I feel beach towels should be included and not charged extra (20 euros for two towels ). First time in all my travels I've paid extra for this. To be fair I knew about this prior to arrival ( from reading previous reviews ) but still seems like a "cheap" move, considering the nightly rate.

Beautifully located in the heart of monopoli very close to the historic old centre full of lovely laneways leading to lovely bars and restaurants

There was nothing we didn’t like. It was modern and spacious and spotlessly clean.

Casa molto elegante e pulita.

La doccia da revisionare. Casa da poterci pernottare solo pochi giorni. Disagevole l'assenza della lavatrice e di una dispensa per gli alimenti.
