地点适中、环境优美、空气清新、单位宽敞、家具相当齐全，microwave、热水器、冰箱、洗衣机。房间的床单、被单都蛮新的，干净--没有异味，卫生间还过得去，尤其提供free的停车位，又靠近入口处，给顾客方便，很人性化。谢谢。
起初有要求200令吉的抵押金，现时段会过高了吧！接着一踏进单位就闻到烟味和些许霉味，脚垫还是湿的，感觉不舒服，若能早些时间打理好，让空气流通，就消除这些问题。另，因为是5个人入住，分两架车出入，最好能提供2套钥匙，出入会更方便；由于出入时间不同，钥匙要拿上拿下，要费很大的力气，尤其给樂齢人来说就辛苦了。可惜没有WIFI配套，电视就无法启动，订房时好像有包括在配套的。

food outlet are just walking distance from the property, so no issue on that part
The safety aspect is good; access card is used. it enhanced the safety against unauthorizes entry. The cleanliness of the property needs to look in to. windows / glass wall is moldy. Generally, the area is clean. other than that all is good
