This homestay with many rooms is located in the middle of the city. The nearest shopping mall is the AEON Mall.

The typical situation that always faced by my family and I was the traffic congestion or traffic jam.

strategic location for those who need a place like home during their relatives go for treatment at Tlmberland Medical Center.

Overall the place was clean with water dispenser. The caretaker of the house Mak Ana was very courteous, friendly and warm. We did have abit of issue with strong mouldy smell at the triple room with attached bathroom, however this was quickly mitigated by the property owner, arranging another room for us. Tip: Opt for rooms upstairs for a more comfy experience.

1) Strong mouldy smell at Room B (Triple room with attached bathroom). The walls displayed watermarks suggesting this room is constantly humid with potential water seepage. Airing the room didn't solve the smell problem. 2) Although smoking is only allowed outside at the front porch, it didn't prevent the smoke from filling up the corridors of the house quickly making it hard to breathe. This happens a few times a day. 3) Stay only if you are able to put up with smoke smells several times a day. Tip: Avoid ground floor rooms if you are sensitive to smoke smells.
