Lovely well presented, clean property. On the edge of Ripon over looking fields. Ideal for country folk like us over looking countryside but near the amenities.
Took us a while to figure out how to get e ough hot water for 4 adults in a morning.

Great value for money, safe for young child, very comfortable and convenient to attractions.
As a family of 6 comprising two great grandparents, two parents and two great grandchildren aged 4 and 2 years, the house/location/secure garden/easy access to our beloved Brimham Rocks was just what we wanted and needed. Liked full information for finding the keysafe, easy access, welcome pack of basics...a beer in the fridge!!.......freezer blocks....two parking discs for town parking......and all very clean. The beds were very comfortable, the bedding was good quality AND there were large bath towels.....a real luxury. Easy to use TV controller with Netflix and Youtube. Lots of lovely childrens books.....Charlotte had us repeatedly reading one about the Scarecrows wedding ...we'll have to buy the book!! Lots of games to play. There was seating and table in the garden where we could relax at the end of active days.
The only drawback is that there's only the one toilet/bathroom so with six of us we had to plan ahead :-).....but the good things far outweighed this inconvenience

Perfect.
Lovely accommodation. Very clean, modern and well appointed. Best of both worlds, feels isolated when it’s really easy to take a leisurely walk into Ripon. Definitely be back.

Lovely property surrounded by fields.
Nice location surrounded by countryside, easy access to the Dales & surrounding countryside, good parking. Property was well equipped.
When we arrived the boiler was not working & the heating was not on. We were unable to contact the owners for a few hours as calls went to answerphone & there was no response. The boiler was repaired by a plumber the next day.
