Beautifully arranged decor. Light & open plan.
Well equipped.
Central to Ripon, within easy walking distance.
Single storey.
We arrived to newly wet floors & a very strong smell of dettol. We were told that the previous renters had left the property in a poor state & therefore the cleaners had to work right up until our arrival on Sunday afternoon to clean the property. Stained light coloured rugs & sofa. Roman blinds did not rise & fall so some areas were in darkness constantly ie bedroom.

The accommodation.
Hi - we stayed in this bungalow 30th Dec - 2nd Jan, 4 adults and 2 children. First of all I want to say the bungalow was lovely but unfortunately, on the second day of my visit, the heating went faulty and the weather was freezing. When we spoke to the Management Company about this issue they were not very helpful and said there was not anything they could do as it was over the New Year. We would have expected more help i.e. dropping off some electric heaters. So for 2 days out of our 3 day stay it was freezing in the house (very uncomfortable !!). After a lot of texting on our half, they offered just £100 refund which was a pitiful offer considering we paid £1115 for out stay which was spoilt by this issue.
