Disappointment due to false commitment & bad maintenance service.

Apartment is good but disappointment due to false commitment & bad maintenance service.

Property is good but maintenance was very poor, exhaust fan in bathroom not working & getting suffocated while taking bath. Electric kettle is not working, Stovetop not working properly. Bathtub not operational, as agreed Streaming service (like Netflix) is not in actual. Very disappointing & not to recommend.

Huge apartment, near corniche and markets.

The place was huge, we were there for two days before we realized there was a second shower (3 bathrooms). The location was great. It was easy to check in. The front desk was nice. There are markets and coffee shops all around. There was an amazing Egyptian restaurant a 5 min walk away.

You have to go up stairs to get to the roof top pool. The building has an elevator, but a full flight up to the roof top pool. My mom is elderly and couldn’t do the stairs. But the apartment itself was great.

Large and comfortable apartment with large beds in a central location.

Big apartment, big beds, central location, easy check-in, concierge 24/7, pool. Several supermarkets within 3min walk. Overall very convenient.

Surprisingly noisy from the playground in the backside, 1 a.m. as well as 6 a.m. people/kids were playing football/basketball and screaming loudly. Large antenna outside the livingroom window was a bit disturbing. Some small things that could be fixed easily: two of the toilet seats needs to be attached properly and the pots in the kitchen would need replacement (scratched bottoms, and missing a small pot). We are happy with the stay though, these are minor things.

Le fait de nous demander de nettoyer au départ alors qu'il n'yavait ni balau, ni seau et ni serrepierre. Nouq étions obligés d'en acheter et de les laisqer sur place

Locatie, ruim apartement, fijne bedden. Ruime keuken.

We kwamen te vroeg, het apartement was jiet klaar en zelfs met de inchevktijd waren ze nog bezig. Eén avond hadden we een penetrante geur uit 1 van de badkamers en ook viel de stroom enkele keren uut. Dit duurde wel maar kort.

Hyvä sijainti rannan läheisyydessä.

Loistava sijainti, paljon kahviloita ja pieniä ruokakauppoja lähistöllä. Takseja sai helposti. Huoneisto oli todella siisti ja tilaa oli reilusti. Vastaanotossa ystävällistä henkilökuntaa. Rauhallinen asuinpaikka ja sopi muutaman yön majoittumiseen hyvin.

Kattotasanteella oleva uima-allas oli remontissa, tästä ei ollut tietoa varausta tehdessä eikä siitä ilmoitettu myöhemminkään. Naapurihotellin altaalle oli sai kuitenkin mennä maksutta. Sängyt oli todella kovat.

L’appartement est flambant neuf et très propre.

Couloir assez sombre. Et odeurs de nourriture des appartements voisins. Cuisine sombre avec une fenêtre qui donnais sur ….. rien !
