It was quirky, exceptionally designed and had all the facilities we needed. Also it was in a lovely quiet location, yet so close to the shops, cafes and pubs

Lovely location. Wonderful linen, towels. Comfortable beds
Should have been warned about the steep stairs and the fact you had to go down two flights from top bedroom to bathroom.
One of mugs chipped, would appreciate set matching mugs. No manuals, couldn’t use the dishwasher.
Was surprised by the lack of welcome items. Only 1 bottle milk. No bread, butter, sugar, dishwasher tablets or washing up liquid etc etc. would have been happy to pay slightly more for a proper welcome pack.
Rented many properties with family and friends but never experienced such a lack of welcome pack.
