Would have liked to have known about the damage waiver before booking, as this added additional cost to the price of the stay.

Wonderful little home away from home during our visit to Austin! The apartment was quiet and had everything we needed. The rooftop pool area was inviting and provided some much needed relaxation. We loved how close the property was to the river walk along Lady Bird Lake; downtown was just a 15 min walk away!

Would have appreciated knowing upfront about the charges for the damage deposit/insurance for the apartment as well as the fact that parking is $40 per day. This is just what parking costs in Austin it seems and was a pretty fair rate, but having these charges show up one after another led to us feeling like we were be "nickeled and dimed." Communication could have been a bit clearer too, but when I called to ask clarifying questions, they were very helpful!

We loved everything about our stay here! Comfortable, clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had great views from our balcony and the rooftop pool. We didn’t want to leave!

Check in was the easiest I've experienced. Staff were excellent and the location is great for Rainey Street.
