Quartier très calme. Appartement confortable très propre situé au rez-de-chaussée. Parking et local à vélo très appréciable. Terrasse avec salon
Une petite table pliante avec 2 chaises aurait été appréciée pour déjeuner ou dîner sur la terrasse. Un aspirateur manque aussi pour faciliter le nettoyage.
