Relaxing

It was very convenient to have access to the keys while arriving at 22 h. Everything was well explained the day before the arrival. The main station is very close, a reason why I had chosen this place. It was easy to walk to the city center, only 15 min away from the flat. I've really liked the peaceful area with plenty of shops around.

I've just suggeted to the owner to add some cooking tools such as a frying pan (one is not enough). An extra small lamp with a warm white light would be also welcome in the kitchen.

Logement très bien mais pas parfait à cause de quelques détails agaçants.

L'emplacement, l'agencement, l'équipement (quand il marche, voir rubrique suivante...), la propreté.

Certains équipements déficients (télécommande télé séjour HS et télé chambre non fonctionnelle), difficultés pour se garer à proximité (places de parking dans la rue toutes occupées le soir) et insonorisation du logement insuffisante vis-à-vis des autres occupants de l'immeuble : on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le logement du dessus ainsi que tous les bruits du couloir, notamment la porte d'entrée qui claque à chaque fermeture.

La literie. Le matelas est sûrement vieux car très mou et fin. Idem pour les coussins très plats.

Perte intempestive de la connexion internet, impossible de regarder la télévision dû à la mauvaise connexion, matelas pas assez épais on sent les lattes, dommage qu'il n'y est pas de sèche linge, isolation sonore inexistante, et thermique aléatoire

Logement qui reste agréable, propre et plutôt bien situé.

Très mauvaise isolation phonique, importantes nuisances sonores, jour et nuit ! Une couette/couverture et des oreillers supplémentaires auraient été les bienvenus.

super appart! petit bémol pour le bruit au RDC

le logement est très propre et très beau, bien équipé et facile de se garer devant Les clés sont dans une boite avec un code, très pratique et facile La cuisine est très bien équipée L'appart est vraiment chouette et les infos sont claires et données dans les temps pour y accéder er récupérer les clés, top organisation!

Bémol pour le bruit: l'immeuble est très très mal insonorisé, j'étais en RDC et à chaque fois que qqun entre ou sort de l'immeuble la porte claque et les murs tremblent, on entend tout ce qu'il se passe dans le couloir j'entendais la machine à laver le soir du voisin du dessus Impossible de me connecter au WIFI

Séjour agréable.

Logement spacieux et propre, disposant de deux TV (cuisine-séjour + chambre), très grand lit avec literie confortable, salle de bain pourvue d'une douche très spacieuse, cuisine correctement équipée, chauffage électrique rapide, le tout dans une ruelle calme à sens de circulation unique.

Pas de parking privatif, d'où une difficulté, parfois, à trouver un emplacement de stationnement proche (ce qui peut poser problème pour les vacanciers PMR ou éprouvant des difficultés à se déplacer).
