Great location for the train station and good price except for cleaning fee

It was in a good location for the train station. It was nice and clean. There was a washing machine. It was nicely decorated and the bed and linens were comfortable.

The view out of the window was nasty. There was a burned out apartment building. The shower was in the bedroom and the toilet was in the kitchen. That was a bit strange. The kitchen and living room area is a bit cramped. We only stayed for one night so the cleaning fee made it expensive. If stayed for multiple days it would be much better value for money because the actual rental price was great without the cleaning fee.

Appartement très bien situé et équipé hormis les observations ci dessus

Porte d’entrée de l’immeuble sans serrure !!! Donc code inutile ! Quiconque peut entrer comme il veut dans l’immeuble ( sécurité ! ) Détecteur de fumée dans un tiroir de la cuisine ( sécurité ) Plaque électrique : un élément induction ne fonctionne pas !

Quartier calme, bonne situation dans la ville. Double vitrage efficace.

Nous avons choisi ce logement dans la précipitation, suite à une annulation de notre première réservation par Booking la veille de notre départ à 16 h. Le suivi Booking sur cette première résa (dans quartier Péristyle de Lorient) est d'ailleurs déplorable. On nous demande notre heure d'arrivée, mais la communication avec la conciergerie de ce logement est quasiment impossible. Peu de proposition répondait à nos attentes. Dans le Poulorio 7, nous n'avions pas compris que la douche était dans la chambre. Il manquait du linge de toilette (corrigé le lendemain par hasard en rencontrant une personne très aimable de la conciergerie). L'état de propreté dans l'ensemble était douteux : accessoires de cuisine et vaisselle à nettoyer avant utilisation. A noter également qu'une plaque de cuisson ne fonctionne pas, que la porte du compartiment freezer du frigo est cassée et qu'il manque une étagère dans ce frigo. L'assise du canapé est inconfortable, car usée. Le lit est lui corrrect. Cet établissement a besoin de rénovation : le revêtement de sol de l'escalier est si sale que des mauvaises odeurs persistent.

Bien pour quelques nuits

Très proche de la gare, avec parking accessible si besoin. Le propriétaire réactif, les ampoules et la tv ont été réparées le lendemain de ma demande.

La SDB dans la chambre donne un peu trop de promiscuité. Les escaliers en moquette dans le bâtiment ont une odeur désagréable.

Il parcheggio ha un’ingresso veramente molto stretto. Comunque con un po’ di buona volontà e qualche manovra ci si riesce ad entrare anche con una macchina di grosse dimensioni come la nostra che è una station wagon La mancanza di una lavastoviglie
