Absolutely premium location. The view is unrealistically beautiful. The pier area is very nice. You can tie the boat to the pier and sail whenever you want. The terrace area is very nice for eating, drinking, and enjoying the true Karelian nature. The sauna is heated using logs, and its unforgettable experience, combined with cooling down in the Saimaa lake accessible directly from the pier. There are only a few houses around. So, basically, only you and nature around, most of the time. Linnansaari national park is 20 min drive from the property, and it’s a beautiful place to spend one day hiking and sailing.

The main house is somewhat small for a family. Especially, when the weather is suboptimal, and you have to be inside. Decoupling of the shower from sauna would be nice, but it’s understandable due to limited area.
