Mökki varusteluineen ylitti odotukset, sijainti lähellä rantaa kesällä Upea samoin kuin maisemat! Hyvin parkkitilaa useammalle autolle.
Pimeässä perille mökille haastava löytää jos alue tuntematon, onneksi hyvin kylteillä merkitty mökkien sijainnit. Kahvinkeitin oli hankala saada toimimaan kunnolla, jääkaappi juhlia ajatellen liian pieni mutta pärjättiin kun osa tavaroista saatiin kylmään kuistille.

Paikka on todella kaunis. Ympäristöä selvästikin siistitään sopivasti. Mökkejä on paljon, mutta sijoittelulla ne on saatu näyttämän väljältä. Syksyaikana vieraita ei liiaksi ollut liikkeellä. Luonnonrauhaan ja hiljaisuutta oli sopivasti tarjolla.

This was a stunning stay. One of the best we've ever had. The house was amazing, the location was even better. So good I don't even know where to start.
The house, maybe. We stayed in a one-bedroom cottage. When we first walked into it, we couldn't get over how big it was. There's the bedroom, which is generously sized. Then there's a kitchen and living area. The kitchen is amazingly well equipped. It has everything anyone would need. We felt it wouldn't need much else to live here permanently. A washing machine, maybe. There's a kitchen table and chairs by the window, looking out to the lake.
Then there's the living area. There's a very comfortable sofa and a pretty modern TV. Close to this is a fireplace that can be used to heat the whole house. Just outside the back door is a storage shed which contains all the firewood you'd ever need.
In the bathroom you have your hot tub and sauna. We made good use of the sauna, which was top class. The hot tub was fine. Not our thing really, but we still gave it a go and it was perfectly fine.
The setting is spectacular. Its right in the middle of a forest, and right by a beautiful lake. You can rent boats, paddleboards, etc, but opted not to do so as the weather wasn't great for our stay.
There are some walking trails and its fun to explore and help yourself to the copious amounts of wild blueberries and lingonberries that grow there.
Other reviews made mention of the fact that some parts of the resort could use a little updating. Its a fair comment as, when you first arrive you will see tennis courts that have become a little unkempt. Don't let this put you off though, unless you were planning to go there to play tennis. Once past this area, everything else is perfectly fine, including the accommodation itself.
The reception experience was a little unusual. No one spoke english, which is fair enough, considering it's Finland, but we still managed to get by. What was more unusual was the fact that its seemed never to be open. We arrived on a sunday. On monday reception was closed (along with the restaurant). We checked out on a wednesday. Check-out time is 10am, but reception doesn't open until 12pm. There were no instructions left as to how to check-out, so we just put the keys into the post-box and hoped for the best.
There also seemed to be no staff anywhere on the property. We contacted them a couple of times via booking.com and received no response from them at all. One of our issues was that the back-door didn't lock. No big deal - we just took our valuables with us anytime we were leaving. But I still thought the lack of communication to be most unusual.
The late check-in (6pm) and early check-out (10am) combination would be off-putting for a short stay. Less so for a longer one, but still not ideal.
We would stay there again, but before we did I think we'd be inclined to check out other alternatives in the area, in the hope that there are other places as good, that actually have staff working there.
