Picturesque views, nice location, well organized surroundings (for walking with a dog, for swimming, for kids). A supermarket is not far away (10 min driving).
Not very easy to find (better use the coordinates for navigation). Not clear about the rules for barbecue use (forbidden to use on the terrace but where it’s allowed?). Very many ticks, be careful. Road and railway is relatively close, sometimes noisy
