bit overpriced for where the area was and the distance to the centre of Paris and the fact that he had to walk up so hig

Nice and warm, but no Air Con per se we used heaters.

there is no lift and there is steep spiral staircases going up four floors which is no good for somebody with large luggage.

Great location, easy walk to Metro. Everything you need is nearby. Helpful host.

A clothes washer/dryer would be very helpful. Very difficult to dry laundry and towels in the cold winter weather.

We loved it and would come again.

It actually is nice and cosy and the host was easy to contact and very helpful. It is very close to supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. Therefore we decided each day if we want to eat out or stay at home and prepare a meal.

Getting up the stairs to the4th floor is hard for an elderly person, especially if you do it a couple of times each day.

We had a wonderful time. Flat is charming, near to the train station and music conservatoire.

This house has a nice atmosphere. It makes you forget that you are a tourist. The view from the windows is spacy and charming and the surrounding area is full of life with a friendly mood. The flat is to 4th floor without elevator. I enjoyed walking the stairs, breathing the atmosphere from this cozy house. Stairs were easy to walk, but it could be good to know about this.

Lovely place, amazing host & good location!

The apartment was lovely with all the facilities we could need. It was clean and tidy with a lovely modern bathroom and kitchenette. We loved the location as it is only a few minute walk to local shops and food places with the metro being super close by too! The host is lovely and responded super quickly to all questions and queries. We have stayed in Paris 5 times now and this has been our favourite so far. Would definitely stay again.

Disappointing

This little appartment has true potential to become a 10/10 with only little effort. The owner was very responsive and the building nice and clean. Kitchen well equipped. Partial view on Sacré Coeur. Washing machine excellent. Sorry my review isnt better

Wifi wasnt working and a duvet was missing but this was addressed by the owner as soon as possible. still it was inconvenient. The fridge was full of stuff from previous tenants, one linen was dirty, cleaning can be done better. No curtain/blind in the living/kitchen to block the lights which are strong in the afternoon. Beds were not comfortable; the one in the bedroom makes noises. Smelly bathroom.

El apartamento fue perfecto para nosotros, lo que necesitábamos lo teníamos. Cómodo y perfecto para 2 personas. Nos alojamos ahí para estar cerca de la sala de conciertos Le Zenith que nos quedaba a 10 minutos caminando y a 1h más o menos del aeropuerto.

Al ser un 4 piso sin ascensor si vas con bolsas de compra o el equipaje es un punto a tener en cuenta sobretodo para personas que cuenten con movilidad reducida. No hay TV cosa que a nosotros nos dió igual y tampoco calefacción, tienen un pequeño calentador móvil que con el tiempo calienta cierta zona no toda la habitación o salón.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Ein sehr helles, kleines sowie ruhiges Appartment zum Wohlfühlen in einer ruhigen Gegend abseits vom Tourimus. Es war alles schön hergerichtet und sauber. Die Küche ist mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet. Die Fotos entsprechen exakt der Ausstattung. Die Metro ist in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf dem Weg dorthin gibt es zwei tolle Bäckereien, Restaurants und Fastfood-Möglichkeiten. Ein riesengroßer Supermarkt (in einem Einkaufszentrum/Galerie) ist ebenso in etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. In der Straße selbst gibt es einen ganz kleinen Minimarkt. Der Kontakt war zu jederzeit überaus freundlich und bemüht darum, dass es uns gut geht.

Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis

Unterkunft liegt in der Nähe mehrerer Bus- und Metroanschlüsse. Daher sind sowohl Innenstadt als auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten gut erreichbar. Verschiedene Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Bett war bequem. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir konnten schon deutlich eher in das Apartment. Was uns den Aufenthalt am ersten Tag sehr erleichtert hat. Auch während des Aufenthalts bekamen wir Anfragen, ob alles in Ordnung sei. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr ruhig zum Hinterhof gelegen:) in der Ferne sind die Türme von Sacre Cœur zu sehen. Verbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sehr gut !!! Alles wichtige vorhanden incl lecker duftender Handtücher 👍 mit etwas Geschick lässt es sich sogar recht günstig parken😏 Supermarkt und bis sehr spät Abends geöffnete ,Tante Emma-Läden‘ sowie Restaurants sind in nächster Nähe 👍👍 Sicherheit gewährleistet eine zweifach elektrische Haustür 🙏 Vermieter sehr kommunikativ und zuvorkommend 🙏🙏

Man muss wissen, dass es ein typisches französisches Mietshaus ist, mit steilen kurvigen Treppen in den 4. Stock, kein Aufzug. Wer also ein toppmodernes Haus erwartet, ist hier falsch, aber es hat alles seinen Charme, es ist gepflegt und die Leute im Haus sind sehr nett.

Struttura arredata molto bene, con tutto quello che serve. Molto bella per una coppia. Scomoda per più persone. Collegato molto bene con i mezzi. Considerato i prezzi di Parigi, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

L’unica pecca è che è abbastanza distante dal centro, più o meno 30 minuti di metro per arrivare al Louvre.

El bany és nou i ampli, l'habitació també és força gran i confortable. Té una parada de metro a 5min.

L'ambient del barri una mica decadent, el sofà llit no és confortable, sala/cuina/menjador molt petit.

Estancia agradable

Está bien comunicado con el centro, en un barrio muy tranquilo. No hay ruidos. Si bien el apartamento es reducido, ofrece gran comodidad. La cama y el sofá son confortables. Dispone de los útiles básicos para pasar una estancia agradable. Además, la propietaria es una persona muy atenta y facilitadora.

Realmente no hay nada que me haya disgustado. Quizá se agradecería un mejor cerramiento de la mampara de la ducha, para no salpicar tanto.
