Lieu facile accès, indications claires, à 10 minutes à pied du métro et du parc de la Villette. Supérette à proximité.

Un état de propreté médiocre , cheveux partout, douche bouchée, toilette pas très propre. Rideaux occultant abîmé. Reste de produits dans le réfrigérateur… Sur le globale une impression que le ménage n’a pas été fait avant mon arrivée. Par contre relativement bruyant dans la nuit.
