J'ai apprécié la propreté et le confort du logement. L'arrivée et l'accès aux clés est simple et claire. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut : serviettes de bain, gel douche, café, thé etc. Il est bien placé, proximité de La Villette et de plusieurs commerces.
Cependant, parmi les équipements, plusieurs présentent des défauts : la bouilloire fuit, l'évacuation de la douche est très lente (l'eau stagne), il y a un rideau qu'on ne peut pas ouvrir et enfin la télé est très très penchée en avant. Un peu bruyant (rue et couloir), mais pour Paris, c'est raisonnable.
