Very comfortable all round and beautifully decorated. Close to pub and shop and off street parking was a bonus.
The lack of a full stand up shower.

A wonderful place in a perfect village! Very comfortable beds, nice decor, good size kitchen with all you need and a nice village near the hikes, the estates and historic houses which has a great pub, a shop, a sweetie store, coffee cafés and very friendly people. We wished we could have stayed longer! I highly recommend staying here.

The property as perfectly situated for access to scenic locations and other points of interest in the Peak District. The village had everything we needed (pub, shop, fish & chips, and cafes). The cottage was cozy, clean and very thoughtfully decorated. The cottage manager, Wendy, was also extremely helpful and professional. We will definitely be returning.

Quirky property with everything we wanted
Lovely position for a number of walks in the Peak District
Pub and Chippy on our doorstep
The second bedroom was a loft conversion with a very steep staircase
Bathroom did not have a shower facility, only a hand held attachment
