Staff were good, but overall not the best hotel that we’ve spent our money on.

The pool was decent

Apart from the pool area there wasn’t much else that we personally liked, the rooms were dated, the bathroom was old with cracked floor tiles, breakfast was limited, apart from having the beach, there nothing much around there, luckily had a hire car to travel around.

Awful experince - only disservice

Have good potential and position

We had to arrange my daughter bed and the room taking things from the other open rooms at 1am. The woman didn't say anything to us, just "breakfast is after 9 and you can take what you need from the other rooms". Breakfast was ridiculous, industrial jam and honey, confectioned bred, half tomato with half cucumber, a small plate of fruit water for tea was smelly. I was expecting a nice breakfast buffet. Plus breakfast room was not ready with stacked chairs and tables, only our table was settled for breakfast!! The second morning breakfast was not served because we arrived at 11.15 (nobody told us the breakfast time). Beach umbrellas were all in the breakfast room, so no place for us at the beach, reception was a chaos, not possible to go in! Plus... swimming pool was still empty and no sun-chairs were around it. after 1 day pool was filled with black water. Everything was out of their place! Cleaning was done after we claim it on the second morning.. if you are not ready to welcome guests then don't take bookings! Those three days were our getaway and we needed all the confort that we payed for! Price was anyway too much for what we get! Awful stay... never again in your place and will never recommend

Terrible experience!

DONT STAY AT THIS PLACE! Terrible experience! we arrived at 8pm, before previous notice to the hotel, and once there: 1- the owners told us they won’t give us the room we booked because it was impossible that for the price we paid we can stay there, instead they gave us an older room and just for 2 people when we were 3. Also, since it was “late in the night” they didnt give us any extra bed and the 2 of us had to sleep in a double bed. 2- there were no electricity when we arrived, and when it came back at 1am the air conditioner didn’t work at the room, so we couldn’t sleep at all because it was 35 degrees outside. 3- at all times we were treated with no respect and as we were bothering them for asking what we deserved and paid for 4- we had no available spot to park our car inside Luckily the ones who managed the place in booking were not the same as the owners and in the next day we finally went to the correct room but with no apologies at all from the owners. In addition, the last day we wanted to use the umbrellas in the beach from the hotel and they wanted us to paid for them, even the bad experience they gave us and no apologies at all

The pool was ok. Most of the staff is from Albania,they were very friendly and helpful.

We paid for a room with see view but we didn't get it. That's a common practice in that place. The breakfast was really bad. Same eggs and sausages 8 days in a row. Disappointing...

A non-organized hotel with a smell of MILDEW in the room

The room was new and with basic breakfast

There was really strong smell of mildew in the room that we left after only one night(we ordered for two)! We ordered from Booking a sea view and did NOT get it, the staff was not ready for the check-in and didnt know which room to give us. Wifi is really weak

Pomimo, że byliśmy w budynku, który był po remoncie, pobyt był tam nieprzyjemny. Remont zrobiony bardzo budżetowo, wszystko jest zniszczone pomimo, że w miarę nowe. Na ścianach zamalowany grzyb i nowy jeszcze nie zamalowany. Zasłony w oknach były brudne i dziurawa, z klimatyzacji wydobywał sie nieprzujemny zapach, lodówka schowana w szafie ciekła zalewając i niszcząc tą szafę, łazienka źle posrzątana po poprzednich gościach, widok z okna na morze owszem jest, ale tylko pomiedzy innymi budynkami, które są z przodu, basen brudny, śniadania kiepskie. W samej miejscowości niema nic do robienia, wszędzie trzeba dojeżdżać. Spędziliśmy tam tylko 2 noce, współczuję komuś kto nusi tam spędzić urlop. A na koniec informują Cię, że trzeba zapłacić jakiś dodatkowy podatek, my odmówiliśmy płacenia, ale inni goście płacili. Nad wszystkim czuwa właścicielka, starsza pani schowa w magazynku przy restauracji, w której nigdy nie ma gości.

Ich war schon vor ein paar Jahren in diesen Hotel….aber der Zustand des Hotel wird auch nicht mehr besser….hat die besten Jahre hinter sich.

W tej cenie bardzo polecam

Na śniadanie były jajka sadzone, kiełbaski na ciepło, jogurt z 3 rodzajami płatek oraz 5 sosów. Do picia sok (bardzo słodki) lub kawa. Najlepiej przyjść o 8:30, bo potem trzeba czekać na dostawy jedzenia. Na plus baseny, bo woda w morzu była zimna. Klimatyzacja za darmo.

Volt légkondicionáló, parton volt a szállás.

A reggeli mindennap ugyanaz volt, kevés fajta étel, a tej poshadt volt. Gyümölcs nem volt, alternatív tej sem. A szoba bűzlött a fürdőszobai lefolyó miatt, amiért szóltunk, hogy tegyek rendbe, és úgy oldottak meg hogy kinyitottak az ablakot. A törölközőt nem cseréltek le.

A szálloda legjobb része a medence volt számunkra. Víze tiszta és a hőmérséklete is tökéletes volt. A tengerpart tényleg 9 m-re :)

A reggeli lehetett volna picit változatosabb, de alapvetően ez is rendben volt

Expèrience très moyenne avec un tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation.

Petit déjeuner très moyen gustativement. Des fruits seraient les bienvenus.

Ne vous attendez pas à qq chose de transcendant. Résidence familiale très moyenne. Vraiment pas du haut standing. La patronne âgée devrait prendre sa retraite et parler moins fort, on l'entend depuis l'autre bout de l’hôtel parler à son personnel, Pb lorsque j'ai demandé des serviettes supplémentaires car on en avait plus dans la chambre, on m'a traité de menteuse. Pb de plomberie dans la chambre de mes enfants. Nous avons du faire une réparation de fortune pour ne pas être inondés tout les jours dans la salle de bain +une grille dangereuse au sol qui devrait être changée. Sécurité très moyenne également autour de la piscine. Ce n'est pas compliqué de réparer une grille manquante... Le summum pour nous, c'est le personnel logé dans le mini bar de la piscine, sans fenêtre et avec la porte fermé pour que les clients ne voient pas la supercherie. Nous avons vite compris pour quoi le bar de la piscine n'était pas exploité. Ou du moins pas de la bonne façon. Expérience très décevante, ok nous ne sommes pas en France, mais il manque peu de chose pour que la résidence gagne en qualité. Au final, ce que je retiens, tarif beaucoup trop élevé pour la prestation.

Will be back!

Csendes, jó elhelyezkedésű, kellemes. Közvetlen közelében van minden ami kell. Éttermek mellette, a tenger az út túloldalán a kapcsolódó szolgáltatásokkal. A tenger a medencétől is látszik. Jó volt kilépni is innen. A személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész. Athina mindent elintézett amit kértünk. Korrekt hely. Innen lehet élvezni a környéket, gyönyörű part, tiszta a víz. Szerencsére voltak méteres hullámok is éppen.

Valaki vizesen rakhatta be a szekrénybe a plédeket, de kiterítve megszűnt a szaga.

la camera non corrispondeva alle foto su booking, aria condizionata non funziona e nonostante le ripetute lamentele non ho ricevuto un servizio all'altezza del prezzo. dotazioni preistoriche, sicuramentew sconsigliato.

Camera non all’altezza delle aspettative e del prezzo, ma posizione ottima

La posizione: basta attraversare la strada e si è in spiaggia

La camera era vecchia, il bagno non funzionale. Non avevamo acqua fredda e nonostante le richieste alla reception e al personale di Vacedo (che gestisce l’hospitality) siamo stati bellamente ignorati. Non è prevista nemmeno una bottiglietta d’acqua in camera all’arrivo. Il condizionatore, quando acceso, ha perso acqua sul pavimento della camera. Colazione scarsa e standard, tempi di attesa lunghi.

Das Personal war freundlich und die Spiegeleier zum Frühstück waren lecker.

Wir hatten uns auf ein Hotel mit Swimmingpool, Internet und Frühstück gefreut. Der Pool war so dermaßen dreckig, dass niemand reingehen wollte. Das Internet hat während unseres Aufenthalts nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war jeden Tag identisch.

Очень дружелюбный персонал и хозяйка. Нам позволилищаселиться раньше, так как наш автобус приехал рано утром. При выезде мы оставили свои вещи без проблем до вечера. Автобусная остановка прямо напротив отеля. Пляж в 30 метрах.

Странно, но почему то в ресторане отеля вечерами никогда не было гостей...
