Clean, quiet, friendly staff, great food and was handy for lots of places to visit

Staff was very friendly , gave us good advice about the place and how to get about places

unfortenatley for some reason the day we staying there the restaurant was close which meant we had to go out to eat

Shower was not warm enough and needed constant restarting

We felt the photos were misleading as we had no idea until we arrived that we’d be staying in a camper van. We thought we’d booked a cabin with two bedrooms due to the majority of the photos being of the rooms from the B&B on the property and the wooden buildings. There were no photos of the outside of the camper vans either. There was no mention of the booking being a mobile home anywhere on booking.com or the property website which we also looked at prior to booking, so this was disappointing as the mobile home didn’t really suit our needs and we wouldn’t have booked it if we had known that was what we were staying in. We had turned down other places due to the accommodation being mobile homes so we’re very disappointed when we arrived and felt mislead. It was also much more out of the way then we were expecting with no pubs / restaurants in walking distance other than the on site restaurant which is often closed early due to not being booked up, meaning you can’t go there for a drink in the evening a lot of the time either.
