We had a fabulous stay and would highly recommend.
Great size, space for everyone to be together but also enough room that we could have our own space.
We had to walk along the road for a little bit to get to the main complex.

The house requires thorough cleaning and some repairs so it is up to standard.
The area, the walks,birdsong, deer in the garden. The house layout worked for us. The kitchen was well equipped, the beds were comfortable. Loved the hot tub and outside seating area.
Cleaning had not been carried out to a satisfactory standard- shower cubicles were dirty, as were corners and shower wastes in the bathroom and en-suites.The whole house requires a thorough deepclean. There was a fairly fresh large bloodstain between two of the setee cushions in the larger lounge. There were several patches of damp and paint off in the house. Curtain hooks were missing-we had to tie up a curtain in the 'brown lounge'. We also fixed a toilet seat which had not been fitted correctly. We did have a great week , but the rental is too high.

Loved everything. Plenty of equipment and utensils in the kitchen and the rooms were excellent sizes very warm and comfortable, lovely little welcome package, would highly recommend, had a lovely stay with my family. Had everything you could possibly need for a perfect break.

Property is showing signs of over use and not being repaired. Mould and damp in the bedrooms and loose paving slabs. Drains missing and mould on the outer walls.

Great large house to accommodate our large family for a big birthday celebration in the Lakes
Great location and very well appointed- the best place our large family has stayed in so far (and we’ve stayed in a few!). It was warm and cosy when we got there.
